n Notice is hereby given that the Town of New Lisbon, County of Otsego has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year.nnFrom May 1st to May 24th the assessment roll may be seen at the Town Clerk’s office by calling 607-965-8508 for an appointment. The assessment roll for the Town of New Lisbon may be viewed on the Otsego County website, www.otsegocounty.com. (Under Departments select Real Property Tax Services, then select Assessment Rolls.)nnThe Assessor will be in attendance at the New Lisbon Town Hall, 908 County Hwy. 16, Garrrattsville, NY to answer phone calls (607-965-8381). Please call to make an in-person appointment. Facemasks and social distancing practices are required by the Town of New Lisbon. Hours are:nnMay 8th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM,nnMay 11th from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM,nnMay 18th from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, andnnMay 22nd from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.nnThe New Lisbon Board of Assessment Review will meet at the New Lisbon Town Hall on Tuesday, May 25th, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.n
