The Public Service Commission is accepting applications for adding another electric transmission line from Upstate to Downstate. North America Transmission (NAT) is proposing one to run along the existing Marcy-South powerline (Edic to Fraser) which would run through Otsego County including the Town of New Lisbon. Otsego County Conservation Association is studying how this line would impact our County.
